How to use your content plan

Start with one topic you know well and a specific audience. The planner gives you a mix of useful tips, questions, process notes and a recap. Edit every idea in your own voice and check facts before you share.

Does this automatically publish posts?

The planner creates an editable outline and a CSV download. To organize drafts and review delivery in Postard, create a workspace. Social publishing requires a connected account and a configured integration.

Is the planner powered by AI?

This free tool uses transparent writing templates. It makes no AI requests and does not send your topic or audience to a server. Postard also offers authenticated MCP tools so an AI client can work with drafts you authorize.

What should I measure?

Choose a purpose for each post, such as a useful reply or a profile visit. Compare the results supplied by the social network over consistent time windows. A seven-day template is a starting point, not a promise of growth.
